A Partnership of JVS, Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, The New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (NJDVRS) and the New Jersey Division of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (NJDDHH), the JVS Goodwill Career Center offers employment support services to individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Late Deafened or have Cochlear Implants.

There are two locations serving individuals living in the northern NJ counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union and Warren. JVS is located at 111 Prospect Street in East Orange and Goodwill Industries is located at 400 Supor Boulevard in Harrison. Both locations have staff specially trained to understand the diverse needs of individuals who are deaf or have hearing loss.
